Blueberry and Orange Cake

This can be made into muffins or as a cake...
All-vegan... made from soya milk, tofu, oil, orange juice, orange extract, flours and blueberries...
it comes out quite fluffy in the middle...
if only I could afford to buy so many blueberries all the time :-)
