Ingredients:
Okra - 8 pods - boiled quickly (~1min) and seeds removed
Soya Milk - 300ml (cold is good)
Maple Syrup - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
Method:
Put all the ingredients into a blender/food processor and blend until smooth.
(Serve garnished with a slice or two of okra)
Notes:
It has a flavour that resembles 'matcha' (Japanese powder green tea).
Keep aside a few thin slices of okra to serve on top.
